Fondue
I know what fondue is, but I never really knew how much time went into preparing a little melting pot of cheese. From the white wine being heated in a heavy casserole, to the grated cheese and adding cornstarch and flavoring; too much is done to make a gross bubbling pot of cheese. Nevermind the fact that you dip cubes of "crusty bread" into this mixture "comunally" Also if the "delicious" crusty bread isn't enough, the crust that remains at the bottom is divided equally among the other diners. Fondue would make any gathering a party!!
